As of March 1, 2024 The Utility Fee will be $81/Month and $972 Annually. If you have prepaid 2024, you will owe an additional $180 to cover the increase for the remainder of 2024
Parking Fees
Parking Fees have been increased to the following, Effective
May 1, 2024:
- Standard Space - $30/Month
- Oversized Space - $60/Month
