NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the WOODY CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, County of Pitkin, State of Colorado (the “District”), will hold an annual meeting at 6:00 p.m. on November 9, 2026 via Zoomvideo/teleconference.  The meeting will be held for the purpose of conducting such business as may come before the Board.  All meetings are open to the Public.
