 NOTICE AS TO AMENDED 2025 BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an amended 2025 budget has been submitted to the WOODY CREEK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT for the fiscal year 2025. A copy of such amended budget has been filed in the office of the accountant, Krystin Oda-Bergstresser, P.O. Box 343, Woody Creek, Colorado 81656, where same is open for public inspection. Such amended budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the Woody Creek Metropolitan District to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026.
