MEETING   MINUTES

BOARD   OF   DIRECTORS SPECIAL  MEETING 

December 8, 2025

The Board of Directors of the Woody Creek Metropolitan District conducted a special meeting of the Board of Directors on December 8, 2025. The following meeting minutes reflect the primary discussion points.

The meeting notice and agenda were posted at least 24 hours in advance at the designated location within the District boundaries and on the website.

Members of the Board of Directors in attendance included Don McAllister, Curtis Wackerle, & Mark Thompson, thereby a quorum was in attendance.  Also present were Colin Mielke, & Krystin Oda Bergstresser.

 

Meeting Agenda & Action Items:

1. Call to Order/Roll Call. (2 min)
2. Hearing to certify delinquent accounts submitted to Pitkin County.

Patty moved to certify balances to Pitkin County, Donny seconded, upon vote, the motion passed unanimously. 

1. Discussion of District Manager role & performance.
2. Adjourn

 

Meeting Notes:

1. Called to order 9:04am

Donny, Mark, Patty & Curtis were in attendance, and a quorum was present. Susie was an excused absence.

 

1. No residents appeared to dispute the balances, delinquent accounts were certified. 
2. Grant not present, the board expressed continued disappointment in performance. 
3. Adjourned 9:16am
